The so-called Ahmadiyya (or Ahmadis, or the Ahmadi) that is the followers of Mirza Ghulam Qadiani claim that they follow the same holy scriptures and teachings as Muslims just the main difference is, that they believe the promised messiah was Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (1835-1908) of Qadian, India. He claimed to be the expected reformer of the latter days and the “awaited one” of the world’s religions (the words Messiah and Mahdi are also used). They also claim that his mission was to revive the peaceful teachings of Islam and “engender in people’s hearts the love of God and the duty to serve mankind”.
Their leader, Ghulam Ahmad claimed to be a prophet, contravening the core belief of Islam that the Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) is the last of all prophets. The followers of Mirza Ghulam Qadiani interpret the Qur’anic text that translates from Arabic as “the seal of the prophets” to mean “the greatest of the prophets”, not “the last of the prophets”.
Therefore, this is clear that they believe that Nubuwwah has not ended yet and it continues. Now, if the followers of Mirza Ghulam Qadiani were to be asked that according to their beliefs if the prophethood hasn’t ended then who will be the prophet after Mirza Ghulam Ahmad? To this question, they have no answer. If they cannot answer this, does that mean that their prophet has already arrived as to why they have completely stopped talking about this belief and propagating it?
Concerning this, we ask the followers of Mirza Ghulam Qadiani that since as per your beliefs prophethood hasn’t ended, then when the new prophet will come it will also be mandatory for them to believe in him, so will the whole Ahmadiyya community accept him and believe in him? And if they will, will they still call themselves Ahmadi? And also, kindly tell us that upon the arrival of their new prophet where will the charity go? Will it go to the descendants of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad or will it be passed to the new contender of false prophecy???
The followers of Mirza Ghulam Qadiani should at least be able to answer these basic questions and not avoid and ignore them!
