When I was a kid, I remember I read a story about two robbers who entered a bank for a heist. Since there were only two of them, they were afraid of getting caught. They tricked to camouflage themselves in a large number of people so they could execute their plan. They were caught in the end and got the award they deserved.

There is a group of people like these robbers, try to depict themselves in millions to be either politically relevant or to conduct marketing.

They always try new tactics to keep their followers stuck to them. Showing the wrong number of devotees is one of them.

The followers of Mirza have been inflating their census numbers since the time of Mirza Qadiani.

In a book called, “AL-BALAGH YA FARYAD-E-DARD” or “The Message or a Cry of Anguish”, written in 1898, MGA confesses to having accidentally told the British authorities that he only had 318 followers in his records. MGA claims that it was the first thing that came to mind, and thus erred.

In 1970, the followers of Mirza Qadiani were purposely inflating their numbers in terms of the 1971 Presidential election. They were showing themselves as an important bloc of voters and promised to vote for only one candidate (Bhutto), which 99% of them did.

And the legacy continues. You can see an exaggeration in announcing their population since then.

Here, they mentioned the number of followers of Mirza Ghulam Qadiani in each country. Out of curiosity, I searched about the Poverty rates of those countries. Have a look at the summarized results:

In Jalsa UK 2020, as Mirza Masroor announced several new baits in each country, we got to know that the bulk of converts, this year too, was from the continent, Africa.

These countries are considered the poorest in the world. What is in common? You got me!! Poverty!! Hunger! Deaths!

What would the head of a starving tribe choose over money?? Nothing!! Money is all they want. Followers of Mirza Ghulam Qadiani are buying their faith against the bread. Not a bad bargain!! 90% of the oath takers in 2020 were from Africa, the hungriest continent!! Yes, they got them in exchange for food, money, free school, and, medical attention.

And the converts from the rest of the countries are political asylum games by playing victim cards and getting sympathies from human rights stakeholders.

So, it is quite clear that people are not attracted to their so-called religion. The fast growth of the followers of Mirza Ghulam Qadiani’s population is just an exaggeration to keep them pacifying and if there are a little number of conversions to their Jamaat, it is buying faith against the necessities of life.
