The Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton visited the Hayes Muslim Centre in London on 9 march 2023,to meet with fundraisers who have supported the countries after their recent devasting earthquakes.

Princess Kate Middleton covered up with a headscarf for her visit to the Hayes Muslim Centre.

The couple met with the aid workers who have recently returned after rescuing victoms in Turkey and Syria.They also took part in origami-making event with Turkish Women’s Association and met 2 girls who made origami cranes to raise funds for the appeal.To them these cranes are symbols of hope n healing.The committee said the Turkey-Syria appeal had raised £121 million.
