Mishari Rashid Alafasy is a renowned Kuwaiti qari Imam , Preacher and nasheed artist . He studied in the Islamic University of Madinah’s College of Quran , specializing in the ten Qira’at and Tafsir.

This year , 2023 , the largest outdoor Eid-ul Adha prayer was led by Sheikh Mishary Alafasy in Canada, drew some 25000 muslims to Churchill Meadows Community Centre Mississauga, Canada .Muslims celebrated Eid-ul-Adha in a memorable way by prayer with Shiekh Mishary Alafasy.

Even though Sheikh Alafasy is not the Imam of THE KAABA but still this huge gathering showed the large number of muslims living in Canada. The followers of Mirza Ghulam Ahmed Qadiani claim that their number is increasing rapidly in Canada but in actual their number is only 2.5% of the total Muslims living in Canada.

So it is a big challenge to these followers of Mirza Ghulam Ahmed Qadiyani to show even quarter the number of their people in the Eid prayer of their area.This huge Muslim gathering is infact a big slap on the face of this Jamaat.
